Controller Orb is an independent seller-management service that helps customers view and manage authorised marketplace accounts from one workspace. Controller Orb is not sponsored, affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your Controller Orb account.
3. Connected marketplace accounts
You may connect only marketplace accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Connections use the marketplace's approval process; Controller Orb does not ask for your marketplace password. You can revoke a connection through the marketplace or supported account controls.
4. Actions and review
Actions such as creating or changing listings, renewing items and sending messages can affect your live marketplace account. You are responsible for checking information before approving an action and for complying with marketplace rules, laws and your obligations to buyers.
5. Credits and usage limits
Viewing supported account information is not subject to a monthly subscription. Certain successful actions use credits, with the amount shown in the service. Different actions may use different amounts. Failed supported actions return the related credits automatically. Daily limits may pause or restrict actions to protect customers, marketplace API capacity and service reliability.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Controller Orb to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send abusive or deceptive messages, manipulate a marketplace, bypass service limits, access accounts without permission, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect customers, marketplaces or the service.
7. Availability and changes
Marketplace APIs, maintenance, outages and usage limits can affect availability. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features and credit requirements may change; material changes will be communicated through the service or website.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Controller Orb is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, marketplace decisions, or losses caused by incorrect customer instructions or third-party services.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service and revoke marketplace access at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment when paid credits are introduced, or a material breach of these terms.
