• Connection credentials: marketplace access and refresh tokens. These are encrypted and stored server-side; we do not collect your marketplace password.
• Usage information: credit movements, actions, error records, timestamps and operational logs used to provide and protect the service.
• Technical information: browser, device, IP address and security signals where needed for service operation and fraud prevention.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, connect authorised seller accounts, display and manage marketplace data, process requested actions, maintain credit records, provide support, investigate problems and improve service reliability.

Legal grounds

Depending on the circumstances, we process information to perform our agreement with you, respond to your request, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as service security, or act with your consent where consent is required.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with the marketplace you connect, infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We use access controls, account separation and encryption for sensitive connection data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect marketplace access and stop using Controller Orb. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal information. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
